The Racine Green Party will host 2016 presidential candidate Jill Stein to talk about decriminalizing cannabis and other issues facing Racine. Countless of people's lives are ruined everyday because of outdated cannabis laws, while our local leaders do little to nothing in helping to alleviate the problem.
